i am taking 1200 mg of soy lecithin at night before i go to sleep. it says on the bottle that it is supposed to promote cell growth. okay so heres the question. do u think it might be worth a try to massage with it instead? any and all comments, advice, and suggestions are appreciated. thanx.

i was actually just told on the be board (the OTHER board) not to take soy at all (internally) because it may lower my temp... but taking it externally is something i hadnt thought of (and would get some good use out of those capsules i bought)!

good thought... has anyone massaged with soy?

hey, ill try it starting tomorrow... i already did my rubs for tonite. what have i got to lose (it couldnt be boobs, thats for sure!)?!

hugs and good boobie wishes

i just broke one opened one up. that is the stickiest, gummiest stuff! i mixed it with some vit e gel and it massaged in pretty well. i think i'll do my nightly massages with that and my am and noon massages with cocoa butter,fg, wy and vit e. worth a shot?

i actually was lazy last night and didnt do the soy... i think i just forgot!

so it massages in well... i will give it a shot (really this time) tonight...

i know it worked for eve... my problem is low body temp. soy can lower it even more, and on a bovine ovary routine thats not so good. but externally it should be okay, right? i need to find some l-tryosine...

hugs and good boobie wishes!
