Hi girls. Today I started getting these swift shoting pains in my left side below the boob (a bit more in the back), I think right where the spleen is. Two days ago I increased my dose of ginko biloba which I take for improving circulation. I'm happy that adding it to my routine had proved to be beneficial since I'm finally getting regular tingles and pains in my boobs which before I never did, but now this pain. I don't know if it does have to do with my NBE. Anyone ever experienced anything similar?

No no, it's not kidneyes. I had pain in the kidneys awhile back too tho. But I really know the pain is in my spleen, or in sth very close to it, unless it's dislocated pain which I don't think it is because it's not 'difuse' so to say. I hope it goes away on its own but maybe some teas wouldn't be bad.

i don't know if it's NBE related, but maybe it has something to do with your liver, i used to have a liver problem and had shooting pains on my left side. maybe you should do a liver clense, milk thisle is supposed to be good, or bitter tasting herbs such as dandelion (disgusting, i know). if you keep having these pains i think you should get it checked with a doctor.
hope you feel well soon, hugs from mark

Ah, have not thoguht of liver, but could be. I have after all had problems with kidneys and stomach since on NBE, so why not liver, lol! I was taking milk thistle for a while in my routine but only low doses. I am considering adding red clover next time I order herbs because of its cleansing as well phytoestrogenic properties. Thanx for answers girls!
