I remember that I have read something about bodytemperature and that can tell you if
you will have success with NBE. I have been on WU for 6 months, no success, now on single
herbs. I am desperately trying to find out why it is not working for my, trying to be patience, yes, but I'am sooo jelaous of you girls with success and ofcourse very happy
for you!!! It gives me hope, for sure. But regarding body temperature, what should I do, what should I take if it is too low/high?

Thank you so much for any reply and happy growing to you all! I am beginning
to be addicted to this forum.................

My first routine was unsuccesful too and tho I can't say for sure yet if that was the determinal facor, it appears that slow blood circulation was the cause (at least I hope lol, cause then things are in truth improving!). I added ginko biloba which improves circulation and I'm getting pains in my boobs now which before I didn't. I'm quite sure GB helps with body temperature, because being cold all the time is a sign of poor circulation and I'm not cold anymore since I take it. But I'm puzzled as to why people on WU can fail with NBE, because it contains GB too so apparently it's not poor circulation/low body temperature. But the dose of GB that WU contains seems quite low to me.

just to tell u that i was years ago on wonderup as well without results but didn't know then that it could have had anything to do with temperature. i rememeber noticing then that i was like 35 sometimes even.

Now on individual herbs for 3 moths, no results yet but included gingko biloba a week ago and feel warmer. had some good sensations today but no idea whether beacuse i upped my doses or the circulation.

hi cattis

I take L-tyrosine and kelp to keep my temp within normal range. Cause before my temp stayed on the low side (97.9-98.1 most the time)

but sounds like ginkgo biloba helps with that also...hmmm may add that later too. :)

boobie blessings to everyone!!

Bonette, your info is insightful on the temperature/circulation/GB issue as well. To tell you, I didn't notice the effect of GB right away, but about two weeks after starting it (not cold anymore and growing pains) and the receipe says the effects show to maximum after two, three months.

Oh, and I'm taking quite low doses of herbs now and having pains, when before I took high to very high and nothing. Don't take too much herbs, it's really not necessay. Btw, how much of GB do you take per day? I take 120 mg, which is supposed to be the recomended daily dose.

Thank you so much for your replies ladies!

I'm always frezing so that could be the reason. I'll buy ginkgo biloba right away
and try it out. I'll keep you posted on the results of that.

Thanks again!

It will be great if more of us try ginko biloba and see if it in truth makes a difference. For me it certainly looks promising.
