I was reading your personal program page, and I noticed in the beginning of your program you took 2 DIM per day. Why did you stop? The guy at my health food store recommended it to me, but because of the cost I did not get it, do you think it made a difference?? Thanks in advance!!
Yes I do feel like when I added the DIM plus caps back in the very beginning of taking the bb pills that it helped make a difference. Cause before then, I didn't grow my 2nd month and then once I added the DIM plus, I started growing pretty good again (my 3rd month-I grew 1 1/2 inches). The only reason I stopped for awhile is because I ran out of them and bb pills, so I was on a break for awhile until I was able to get more bb pills and just never bought more DIM plus caps at the time. The price held me back with having to start buying everything again and I wanted ot see if I could do without it. I ended up adding it back into my routine for a couple of months recently, but because my growth was slow again I just decided to stop taking it and added Vitex (chasteberry)instead to see if that sparks my growth back up again.
Thanks! I might consider taking it because thats what they recommended me at the health food store, but of course its really expensive, well at least I think so, but I will definatley try it in a few weeks! Thanks for your help!
