Hello everyone, im just curious, does everyone have a high libido while on NBE? Im 25 years old, starting my NBE 2 months ago. Im following the pammie's routine. I feel some growth and fullness but can't tell the difference yet. Anyway, while on NBE my PMS becomes painless, no cramps at all and no clots but I think the NBE arouse my sexual desire, which is sad because im single and dont have boyfriend (i broke up with my last bf because he complained my breast are too small *lol*) Do you guys know what kind of NBE is aphrodisiac?
Btw, I grow some pimples too, is that because of the EPO?

i am 28 yrs old. my usually active libido has taken a nose dive. my husband does not like this. i am tired around 9 pm when i could usually stay awake til midnight. i take 2(610mg) fg 3 x a day, 1 (450mg)sp 3 x a day multivitamin. and 1(1200mg) ultra soya lecithin 1 x a day. also massage with mix of cocoa butter, fg, wild yam and rub on vit e afterwards. heat for 5 min before and 15 mimdm after.

well first things first, sounds like you are better off without that dude! He sounds shallow!!! My libido has definitely increased on NBE, I'm single too...but that doesn't mean you can't enjoy it ;-)
And yes, EPO seems to make pimples for quite a lot of ladies.

Hi Mary. I got pimples from EPO right away. Then I switched to borago oil instead, no pimles at all!!

When I first started NBE, yes it was quite high, especially when I'm on Saw Palmetto. But now I'm just on Wonder Up and its gone back to normal.

diana i have heard that damiana increases libido. if you really want your sex drive to be back to normal (or higher!) maybe try it out!

i haven't really had much of a change in my libido. im on wonderup and sp.

thanx. i will definitely look into that. i did manage to get a couple of sticks of 100% cocoa butter so looks like my next purchase will be damiana. i was thinking maybe collagen too.
