I thought I'd write in cos I need some encouragement, I was on a month on Breast Sculptor then I chanced to Wonder up.....I have been on WU for about a months and a half...6-7 weeks and as off yet nothing... I don't think its working:S i dunno I'm quite down about this...please give me some encouragement. I also massage my boobs twice a day each time 360 rotations on each boob with Cocoa Butter..


also with regards to the cocoa butter.. I used the Palmers Breast firmer cream for a month before WU, then when I read the thread about how Mineral Oil content in Palmers can hinder breast growth, so I am now using Wilkinson's own brand of Cocoa Butter at £1.29 300ml and it dosn't contain mineral oil it doesn't smell as sweet as palmers but it doens't contain mineral oil so can't be harmful???....Anyone wanna give me some advice on this??? and whether I am right?

I think that the Palmers Breast Firming Cream was okay, because the about of mineral oil wasn't as much. Look through the first 5-6 pages, and I think you can find the answer to that. In regards to you massage, check out the massage page to make sure you are rotating in the correct direction. Then try adding some heat for 5-20min after massage, but I don't think longer is recommended.

I have read that with Wonderup, as with anything, that it can take a few months before you truly see results. I know some of the other girls have added other stuff to the mix to help move things along, so for that I would suggest spending some time over in the personal programs page, as well as the previous pages in the forum, start with page 1 and work backwards, or work from backwards to forwards.

I am curious, when you switched from Breast Sculptor to Wonderup did you break and cleanse or just switch right over? How long were you on the Breast Sculptor? This could play a role, but not completely sure. Generally its recommend to do a cleanse before starting a new product, but I think the amount of herbs in the Breast Sculptor aren't that high.

Be patient, lack of pains don't mean you aren't growing. It takes time, and some women take a longer tim responding then others. The last thing you want to do is give up before it actually has a chance to work, because you will just flip flop from product to product, and then get exhausted because nothing is working.

I was on Breast Sculptor for a month then went straight onto WU without a break because I was told by the girls on the forum here that I should carry on as the herbs I have taken r verylow dosage.

Its just frustrating cos most on here start to notice at least smthing after 5 weeks and me nothing....but I will take ur advice on the heat pad and try that.I have checked the massage page in the directions, and I hve been dpoing then correctly...massage towards the centre of chest, inwards instead of outwards....Thanks for ur advice..

there are girls on here who have gone months and months before they notice a change... some people are just slow responders. how much did you get for your first go? i would say that wonderup is one of the best on the market just from the results on this forum, so make sure to give it a fair shot.

you may want to massage with borage oil. you can get the capsules and break them open. i do it like massage with the oil, then add heat, then use cocoa butter before bed...

people add saw palmetto to wonderup sometimes... you could look into that or upping that dosage...

im on a bovine ovary routine so im not too much help! just giving it a shot. keep your chin up and think positive... thats super important...

NBE doesn't work in every case. There are some people who just never respond, no matter what they try. You always have to bear that in mind. However, I think it is far too early for you to be thinking that it won't work for you. At the moment you appear to be responding slower than average, but if you think about it some people are bound to be slower than average. Don't think that you're necessarily doing anything wrong either, you might just need more time and that's all.

i used to take Wonderup as well for 6 month without any sensations or growth two years ago. Don't know why but just didn't work ( but i didn't know the importance of proteins and massages back then either). Have been on individual herbs for 3 moths and definatley have sensations but growth to mentions yet.

i suggest u keep going with wonderup a bit further, it's way too early. and if u see no results then reconcider something else (individual herbs or bovine ovary). I feel a bit negative now as well since everyone else is responding so fast compared to me and it makes me think whether i'm just wating my time. But we have to be patient.

try not to worry it is very early still, some people grow without tingles too, your body could be slowly responding without you knowing. i got tingles quite early on and a slight fullness which i would never have noticed unless i had tingles. but it hasnt been untill recently (between 3-4 months) that anything truley noticible has happened and even now it's still slow and steady. i would at least give wonderup untill 3 months. so dont worry, and if it doesnt work it mite just not be right for you and you can then try a routeen to match your body, there is lots of usefull info here and i really feel nbe does work its just finding what your body needs + accepting that it will usually take time. good luck xxx
