ive been takin wonder up for a week now. on the third day i felt breast was sore but now everything has gone. i take 450g of saw palmetto with the wu three times a day and massage in the evening. do i need to add anything else?? please help me. a slight twitch is all i get. i want more paaaaaaaaaaaains!!!!

im basically on the same program as you. i just finished my first bottle this week. i've had some swelling that has stuck for a couple of weeks and that's it.

i think it's too soon to lose hope. stick to the same program for at least 4 months (even longer). some people never experience pains or tingles with their growth so i don't think there's anything to be worried about.

keep at it and let us know what happens!

i've been on Wu for two months, during first couple of weeks my boobs swelled a lot and then it all went away, i felt really depressed, but now i think it is coming back, i took a picture last week and compared it with my starting one and they definitely look rounder and fuller, but this time it's not swelling. so don't loose hope, keep at it and be patient.

Cutevelvet, don't worry. A week is nothing. If you felt anything at all that is a good sign. Give Wonder Up AT LEAST three months before you do anything else. Good luck =)
