I've been taking N-Large natural breast enhancement for a month and a half now, my last menses there was hardly nothing at all, about 4 days of very very little bleeding,mostly spotting. is this normal for periods to change that erratically, used to suffer terribly every month

Im not familiar with what you are taking but i have read other threads regarding change in menstral bleeding/iregularities/change

i have not heard of that brand. but the same thing happened to me. much lighter but it went on for a week. only stopped a day after i cut down considerably on the wild yam cream. sorry i couldn't be of more help.

Actually I've been noticing the same thing. I think it has something to do with the evening primrose. I din't have bad periods before, but now they are even lighter. Yeh!!! And no cramping which I had on my first day usually. I have been taking the herbs for going on three months now. Isn't it wonderful. Another use for NBE!!!
