Hi everyone! How much fenugreek to take if I am taking the powder form. I got it from a spice shop near my house, it taste so horrible to swallow but i will give it a try!
I used to eat so much fenugreek in powder form, I would just throw it in a blender with fruit and juice and protein shake powder and blend it all up, and the fenugreek was just a mild flavor.
Too much will stall? Opps, I better be more careful of my intake. I am on the program for 3 weeks now, not much growth and I am starting to feel discouraged. But reading the stuff that you guys wrote motivates me on! I am amazed how patient you guys can be...I wish I am more like you guys.
I am now only taking fenugreek in raw form and I am thinking of adding SP because I suspect I have high testerone level since I am really hairy on arms and legs. Is it ok if I just go with 2 herb and maybe 1 cap of EPO?
My boobie batter is aloe vera and EPO. And through out the day I take lots of soy food like tofu, soy drink. Want to hear from you experts out there!
Oh, by the way, I am really small to begin with. 76cm over bust, 66 under. That makes me a miserable AA cup. I really hope to be at least a B. Help Help!
I think I read somewhere that fennel and fenugreek don't get absorb in their raw form. One should boil them for at least 10 minutes and drink the liquid. Can somebody experienced come and clarify this? Thanks.
