Taking a break - is it beneficial to NBE? Why?

I've read that some ladies take a month break from the herbal supplements and massage, but what is the purpose of this? Does it help the breast enhancement somehow, or is it just to relax? Thanks.

Jenelle,

Miss Monett didn't say that phytoestrogens cause breast cancer! She said they increase the growth of breast cancer cells (so once you have the cancer) and she is right in that. Furthermore, you can't compare tumor development in breasts to lung cancer

Bonnette,

since your on NBE I'm sure you check your breasts very often and one day is a bit quick to develop a large tumor... So I agree that it might be a lymph node but see a doctor as soon as possible, then you don't have to worry anymore

sorry, I responded to the wrong topic!!

Some do a break to do a cleanse, the herbs are better working afterwards...

Hi aquariusd0ll,

There's no fixed "rule" that says one should break at specific times. It's either a personal choice of a girl that needs a break from NBE for personal reasons (e.g. she feels her body needs a break, she feels fed-up, or feels it's safer for her to break for a while),
OR
because one hasn't been responding at all to NBE for a long period of time e.g 4 months with absolutely no response or any sensations whatsoever. So a break for at least a month from all herbs, and doing a good detox/Cleanse before re-starting fresh, will give your body a much better chance to respond to the herbs next time round.

You might what to check the following thread, hope it can further help as it's actually quite relevant :)
