I was taking WU and have now added EPO and 1 x 300mg nettle root. Im pretty convinced Im androgen dominant but how can I tell? I was also wondering more generally how people have found nettle and what results they were getting - esp if anyone is taking it alongside WU.

i know Lisa is taking nettleroot for sure, u can check her routine more to the end.i think she really conciders nettle to be better than sawpalmetto and it does not counteract with bcp if u are on one. Nettle does not cause weight gain either as sawpalmetto is believed to do so. i might continue with nettle as soon my sawpalmetto is finished.

oh and the main symphtoms for elevated androgens are usually acne, oily skin, hirsutism (facial hair), hairloss etc.
