Anyone experiencing weight gain with Saw Palmetto

Hi Everyone,

I have been using Wonderup for just over 2 weeks and am thinking about adding SP as I have noticed others using SP with Wonderup. Just wondering if anyone has noticed weight gain once they added SP and if they have, can they suggest something which acts like SP but doesn't add the weight. Don't really want to gain weight,(unless it all goes to boobs - wishful thinking LOL!)

hi donna,

i am taking WU too, am on my 3rd bottle. i added saw palmeto after about a month of WU, i haven't put on any weight, but i think some people mentioned that it might cause weight gain. i am noticing growth now, but didn't see any changes in the first month. good luck, mark

Hello Mark,
How much SP are you taking and do you get very painful boobs, I have just started SP and my boobs ache terribly every morning.

Hmm.. yes some people take Saw Palmetto with Wonderup, I did for a while, but I decided I was taking it too soon (after only a few weeks of being on Wonder up). First I want to give Wonder up a chance before adding anything new.

Two weeks is much to soon to be noticing (or changing) anything in your plan. I would stick with it for a few months before changing it.

I might add Saw Palmetto again in another month or so if I feel I need it.

hi laura

i take one tablet before i go to bed, it's a mix of extract and berries, i can't remember the exact amount in mg but it's on my program page. my boobs are very painful at the moment too, but i've been taking SP for over a month now. i do have pains most mornings and sometimes during the day as well but never as much as now. maybe your pains mean that it is working, i think most people who have pains report growth.
good luck, mark

Hello Mark,

Thank you for your reply, I do hope this pain means growth as I am concerned about it.
shall let you know if I grow.
best of luck to you too

Might wait a little longer before adding anything to Wonderup, but would really like to be updated on how everyone is going on Wonderup especially once they added something else eg. SP or Nettle.

Mark - great that you haven't put on weight with SP, do you think it has made a difference to growth in your case?

Wishing everyone huge success !!!!

hi donna

i didn't actually think it made any difference until i read some posts on this thread and the other one on SP, but now when i think about it... i think it might have made a difference, because the first month i took WU without SP and didn't have any pains, then i added SP and few weeks after that my boobs started to hurt and i definetely see that they are growing, even bfriend noticed it. few people here mentioned that it is recommended to take SP if you are smaller than B cup, (i am AA). but some people take nettle root instead of saw palmetto.
happy growing, mark

forgot to say that around the same time as when i added saw palmetto i also started massaging regularly, so the pains and growth could be the result of that as well
