Hmm I don't think herbs would have anything to do with this, but I'm not totally sure. I know that when I sit for a while my legs tend to fall asleep a lot. Like right now LOL. But hopefully a more knowledgable person will be able to answer your question soon :)

-- Good luck and best of wishes ladies!

I have the same problem..if I'm just sitting for a few minutes my right leg always falls asleep and I know I have poor circulation, probably mainly cause I'm a smoker. I just recently added Ginkgo Biloba to my routine to help with the circulation,so still too early to tell if it's making a difference or not, cause my leg still falls asleep. :) I'm not sure what dropping the fenugreek would have to do with circulation, that shouldn't have any effect....you just now started noticing your legs falling asleep like that?? I would say maybe try ginkgo biloba for the circulation, cause we definitely need good circulation for NBE.

Also, I just saw your post about estrogen dominance. I'm not really an expert on that either. I always test as being estrogen dominant on those online tests too...I also test as progesterone deficient and low testosterone...but the funny thing is when I don't have saw palmetto in my routine I hardy have any pains as compared to the pains I have when i add Saw Palmetto, which is an ANTI-androgen. Those online tests should not be used as being 100% accurate, probably just a 'general' idea of where your hormone levels may be at.

Maybe try DIM plus caps...they metabolize estrogen and balance the 'good' estrogen vs. the 'bad' estrogen. Not sure If I've already mentioned about dim in another thread to you or not.??

Good luck to you....breast wishes!!!!!!
