I just had a quick question. I am on the BGP plan (2 capsules a day every morning) and I am also massaging every afternoon after my shower with perfect Woman enlargement formula cream. My cousin bought Bountiful Breast last year and she only used it for 2 months (she bought a 9 month-supply). I was wondering if it would be okay to start combining those Bountiful Breast pill and all the milk and protein that's involved with my actual 2 pills of BGP and the cream?????? since I have them at home and nobody wants them I might as well. I am not sure if the pills are still good after 1 year but I guess they should since she bought a 9 month supply and 12 months have only passed. Please let me know what you girls think..... Does BB make you gain weight and what about the whole combination????? Help!
Although it's not recommended to combine bovine ovary (like in the bountiful pills) with phytoestrogens like fenugreek and fennel...I looked up the mg's amt. of the fennel/fenugreek in the 2 bgp pills and the dosage is not that high...400fenugreek and 350 fennel, so it may not be enough to interfere with your results. If you're going to take both, then I would try to space them out. Like take your BGP pills at least 4 hrs from the bountiful pills. THe cream won't matter, because you can use anything topically or externally without it interfering with internals. Everything else in BGP pills are fine with bovine ovary. (at least to my knowledge).
I'm not sure about the expiration date for the bountiful pills..but I would think they should be good for at least 2yrs. It's best to store them in the refrigerator...this has been on the instruction sheet before from bountiful and I've always stored mine that way.
just wanted to let you know I just received some more bb pills and on the instruction sheet it says the shelf life for the pills is 3 yrs. So your friends pills should still be good.
