Story of me on NBE

Hi everyone, I'm a newbie here- long time reader, but this is my first post :)
Ive been half-heartedly involved with NBE for about 2 years now, I started with the Greenbush products, and did find that I felt 'fuller' however, I wouldnt say that I grew as such :/
After about 4 months I stopped, due to travel (I didnt want to risk getting stopped with pills at customs lol) and when I did restart (altogether about a 3 month break) I decided to buy my own supplements, as I found it to be a lot cheaper this way, and I felt a bit more in control of what I was taking (just a personal thing there :P).
Since then I have been taking NBE on and off when my fundings have allowed me, and I have to say that when I do take my supplements for a steady period, I feel happier with my breast appearance, but haven't had the chance to keep this up long term.
Until now :P
I've been putting money aside, and have stocked up, Ive been taking onboard what all you lovely helpful people have been sharing on this forum, and Ive given myself a routine, with supplements (fenugreek, saw palmetto, black chosh and omega 3) and massage 2x daily.
Im not going to change my diet drastically, apart from drinking green and fennel tea instead of the usual pg :P as I eat healthily as it is, and wont be stopping my usual red wine treats as life without red wine for me isnt life!
I dont really know why Im drivelling all this down, but I really appreciate all the feedback everyone shares here, and wanted to add :)
I'm currently a 32a, and while I wouldnt like to be huge, just something so that I dont have to wear a bra to make me look like Ive got boobs is what I aspire to grow :)
I started this 3 days ago, and while no significant changes yet, I will keep you posted!
I wish you all the luck with feeling happy in yourselves, be this with a fuller chest or no :)

Well that's good that you've decided to keep at it...it's a slow progress and keeping a steady routine is very important also...I hope you get some good results!

Thanks for the encouragement :)
Whitney- I haven't got a digital camera at present, so I haven't posted any pictures, but maybe if I'm good Santa might treat me! :P But as a description, I'm quite slight, around a size 6-8 and currently a 32a (although depending on where I buy bras... mainly I'm on the small side, and tend to get some 'cup room').
I tend to eat a healthy diet, lots of veg, fish and olive oil :P and as I said I'm not going to change the diet, although I'm thinking about maybe just eating a bit more in terms of getting some more calories, as it would seem to make sense to me that if the body is going to grow, it'll need extra fuel, much like in the teenage years :P Perhaps introducing a protein shake, as this seems to be mentioned a lot on this board- has anyone got any thoughts on this?
In terms of massage, I'm just using my regular various body butters. Personally I haven't experienced any benefits from making herb mixtures or specific batters. This is just a personal thing, and I'm not saying they don't work, but in my opinion I think if its growth, its got to come from inside, and while creams and the like may plump out skin temporarily, I'm more after the stimulation of cells from the massage, and softening of the skin in prep for any possible growth! :P
If you've got any thoughts on this please do tip me :)
Thanks,
Merrik
