Quick question...do you take your SP along with your bo pills? I have always taken my sp separately from the bb pills, since I think i read on botanticalbeautylab site to take SP at separate times from BO. But, hey with the results you've had so far, if you're taking them together...then I surely will and see if that makes a difference! :) would be less complicating anyhow that way to take them together.
I just went to the store today and bought saw pametto, so I am interested also. As I start adding stuff, I'm going to have to get one of those little compartment pill minder things, I'm doing good remember the BB, but I'll never keep all this stuff straight!
i take them together, for convenience. i think it is easier for you to take them spread apart because you take bb pills twice a day, right? i take mine three times, so i just take the sp right along with them. i dont remember reading that you shouldnt or why... i just do it because i work so i have to be all discreet! cant be popping pills every 20 minutes or someone will send me for a urinalysis!
i dont know if it helps or hurts... might be worth looking into!

Just saw where you replied back.:) You know I just started taking the sp with the bb pills a couple of days ago instead of seperately...and for some reason I've been having more pains (like deeper pains than I've ever had) so maybe it is best to take the sp with them. Especially since you've had great results doing it that way. :)
