Hi Girls,

Just started taking herbs for NBE about 2 weeks ago. I am 22, 116lb and 5'4". Right now I'm a 34B. I'm aiming for a C and I was just wondering if anyone knows of anything that might kick start me. So far I haven't seen any improvement but its only been 13 days. I'm taking 6 caps of fenugreek (610mg), 3 caps fennel (610mg) and 2 caps saw palmetto (160mg) per day.

Can any of you girls who managed amazing growth of 1 inch in a month help me out??? Even just words of encouragement would be much appreciated since I am impatient and easily frusterated.

I managed to grow and inch in a little over a month, but this whole experience has been luck with me...the best advice I would give is to make sure that you are strict with your routine/program if your not consistent your not going to get the growth, do massages and keep them warm, just try to keep the perfect situation for them to grow...good luck!

are you getting tingles or any other sensations? do they feel heavier or fuller?

are you doing massages and keeping them nice and toasty warm (i so look forward to my heating pad every night!)? how about protein? i am roughly the same stats as you for height and weight but i am on bovine ovary...

you will look hot either way... but you are taking what is right, i think... im no herbal expert. just stick with it...

and DONT STRESS!! the mind is so important. tell yourself, over and over, throughout the day, that they WILL be an inch bigger by christmas! you have to believe it... so make yourself believe it, and then your body will work to make it happen!

I would add an oil, like borage oil, or even flax or fish oil. Maybe not evening primrose oil, I think it slowed me down a bit. I'd also add lots of water, lots of food, and a protein shake every day. BUT...I gained 6 pounds doing this (along with the extra boobage), so keep that in mind.

You are taking too high ammounts of herbs, your FG dose is maximum and you take fennel additionally which is high enough to even cause stalling or in the least is wasting herbs and money. I take about half of what you do. It's really good and helpful to be optimistic in NBE, but I think you are taking it a bit too lightly. For most girls it takes at least 6 months to get some actual growth, or more. And NBE is a lot about info and learning what exactly your body needs to grow, cause it's very different with everoyne, so no one else can tell you what you might need. Good luck anyway!

I strongly agree with Moon - you are taking way too many phytoestrogens!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fenugreek and Fennel are both phytoestrogens. You can stall your growth, before even experiencing any growth by taking too much!!! Why are you taking Fenugreek and Fennel? I would only take one and I would reduce the dosage! Try taking 1 capsule of Fenugreek (approx. 610mg each capsule) in the morning and 1 at night. I have grown over 4 inches since starting NBE and it's always been on a low dosage. Also, massage, massage, massage (I can't say it enough)! Try applying heat (low to moderate - no more than about 110 degrees) after your massage. Try massaging with something that has cocoa butter in it (and avoid mineral oil at all costs). Drink lots of water. Think positive boobie thoughts all the time. Tell yourself that this is really going to work for you...that you can feel it working... and such.
