In eating bovine ovarian material you would have to consume it raw as amy type of cooking would reduce the hormone content of the material. My objection would be that you would be getting not only the progesterone but also a load of estrogen which could bring with it Fibrocystic Breast Disease, Endometriosis, Fibroids etc. I would not recommend it.
