i am effectively on my second month of wonderup.
first month, no growth, but i THINK they were a little rounder.

this month, month 2, i added two saw palmettos per day, and oh my, my nipples have been tender for um two weeks since starting.

no shooting pains to speak of (a few tender spots in the breast, but can only feel them when massaging).

anyone else having this issue? i've trolled some threads to read, but haven't heard of this.

Your response time seems very typical for women taking Wonderup alone, so it's not certain that the saw palmetto has done anything. Maybe it has, but there doesn't seem to be any way of telling.

Tender nipples are a common sign of growth and usually nothing to worry about, just try not to over stimulate them while you massage. Otherwise I would think you are growing.

as for the sp, i take 6 tabs a day and i dont have overly sore nips either... but then i take a lot of stuff, so i dont know for sure. im not much help, am i??!

when you are massaging, are you avoiding the nipples? that can make them sore superfast if you massage them...

Thanks Epiphany and Lisa! I hope you are right. This is month 2 on WU and essentially only been on SP for three weeks. It's definitely not from massaging as I'm lazy with that. Thanks and good wishes!

i'm on wondreup and sp as well, my nipples were kind of sore last month, and itchy, i'm on my period now (i'm sure you wanted to know lol) so the pains are gone for now but i think my boobs look fuller

My nipple are sore and sensitive but I have no idea from what, I take FG, SP, hops and borage.
