Check out breastimplants411.com. I'm a member although I rarely visit anymore since joining this board. Anyway, actually breast implants may be instant boobage but they takes months to drop to their more natural shape. 6-9months on average, so don't expect to be instantly gratified. It will take a while to start liking them because at first they will look and feel fake. Hope you've done your research and hope everything turns out well. Most people are very happy with their results.
