Well, I figured I might get some help as to what my NBE plan would be instead of leaping in headfirst. :)
I am 21 and a 32AA. I've always been a small girl with my weight going between 95-105, the average is about 100. I'm 5'1' and of spanish/latin origin. I started my period at a fairly young age, (around 10-11) although I'm not sure if that had much to do with it, but from what i understood most girls stop growing after they recieve their's.
My medical history is pretty normal, i have issues with acid reflux in the morning which cause me to be sick to my stomach in the early hours of the morning. I'm also on BC; i had started with the Ortho-eva patch, but had to stop after 2 months as they made me violently sick to my stomach. I'm now on a low estrogen BC pill called Low-estren which seems to be working fine. I'm mostly a social smoker with the occasional energy-drink/cup of coffee.
i bought a bottle of 540mg Saw Palmetto berries (even though i read it could make BC less effective) and some cocoa butter lotion with borage and vitiman E in it as a trail-run. My goal is at snug B cup so that i might be able to actually FILL out a shirt!
I can relate to so much of what you said. Maybe that is why I am so short. I had my first period when I was 11 and I noticed that I have not grown since 5th grade when I was in high school. I am new to this too and waiting for some advice myself.
you might want to add fennel and/or fenugreek... growing on just sp isnt that common, i dont think. i am not on herbs, though, so someone else might have more insight!
