Hi I am new, I just created an account. I did a lot of reading on the forums and saw some pictures of some people that are similar to me and had some growth in their breast. It convinced me to take what they are taking, but not sure what they are. I don't understand how the programs work and how to massage. What should I feel for and how hard do it massage?

Bra Size: Don't have one because too flat to actually need one. But sometimes wear 32AA, 32A just to make it look bigger, but is not filled in. I also wear 30A bras from the kids section, but it leaves marks on my body. Cup size fit but not the band.

I did not develop breast during purperty. I take Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo birth control pills. I took Breast Gain Plus (recommended by my friend) for 6 months; it did not work for me and did not see any changes. I do not know why it did not work for me. I am not sure what other method I should try that might can help me. Any suggestions?

I did gain some weight after eating out all the time with my boyfriend, but it all went to my stomache area, waist, hip, butt, and thighs. Now I have a belly that sticks out a little. I use to be flat. I haven't been able to go to the gym because of school and work.

You do not need to wonder why Breast Gain Plus didn't work for you, because most people that have taken that product have found the same. Going by the comments in this forum, the product seems to have a low success rate.

I think you probably seriously lack information. Get informed. This forum is a good place to start. You shouldn't have bought a commercial product without doing research first. NBE works, but lots of manufactures use lack of information of people to sell low quality ineffective products.
Brerast are supposed to develop during puberty to their second stage, also called inactive phase, this is the phase that we try to manipulte with NBE. Later they only develop as a conscequence of pregnancy, which is the third stage, or the active phase.
Anyway, doing NBE recquires a lot of learning (if you really want to be succesful of course) so keep reading this forum. Look at the resources page, at the page for newbies, where you find info on herbs, the massage pages, skip throuh personal programs. Then you must figure out what the conditions in your body are - hormonal im/balance, there's a page for that somewhere, it lists symptoms on which you can guess if you have too much/too little of some hormone and adjust your routine to that.
Another thing thing I always emphasise is poor blood circulation, if you think you might have it (symptom being cold more than normal), it's of utmost imortance to solve this. Poor blood circulation prevents NBE from working well and is proably a huge factor to why breasts don't develop in the first place. Ginko biloba is a herb that improves blood circulation amazingly.
