| will they help? ive seen soya lecithin capsules at holland and barretts thinking of adding then in. had my period and lost the fullness. early days yet though. wot about increasing body temp.... although wonder up does contain gingko biloba 15 mg per tablet. im wondering whether that is enough. another thing to consider is omega 3-6-9 capsules. just thinking out aloud really and sharing with you guys. can i also say something really important.....thank you, all of you for supporting each other and being there. love u all xxxxxx

i added soy recently despite some debate about whether or not it is actually good for be (particularly for those on bo routines, as i am). i added them anyway, but my body temp is low and soy can make it lower due to interactions with the thyroid, so i have added l-tyrosine to help with that.
i would say if you are going to add soy make sure you keep track of your body temp, and then if it gets low add the l-tyrosine and the kelp (i cant take kelp because of iodine).
