I have been taking BGP for 1 month and have been using Perfect Woman enlargement cream for a little over 5 weeks. My breasts are definitely fuller and they look a tiny bit larger. They are sore most of the time and I do get pains not too many tingles though but some. I am not sure if it is the cream or the BGP what is working. I have heard so many bad reviews and responses about BGP that I am not sure. People say it is a weak product because it has a very low dosage of herbs. I was wondering if since I already bought a 6 month supply I could start doubling my dosage to let's say 4 pills instead of 2 each day. I could take the first 2 in the morning like before and 2 more at 6 pm for example. That would make 800mg of fenugreek, 700mg of fennel and so on per day. Since I already have the pills I would like to know if taking more of this stuff would make the results faster. Please give me some advice. Thanks
It sounds a good plan to me. If you're getting pains and signs than you are apparenly one of the lucky girls who don't have much trouble growing. But it's deffinitely true that you could have got a lot more for money if you bought separate herbs in capsules. I noticed at myself that increasing my blood circulation has made a lot more difference then increasing the doses of herbs, but you do have to take at least a low/medium dose of herbs, for FG for example that is 1800 my per day, but if you take several similar herbs to FG (strong estrogenic) like fennel it can be less, so that they add up to sth like 1800 mg.
The best blood circulation remedy are certain herbs like ginko biloba and cayenne. But this is mostly for some of us who have really bad blood circulation, eg constricted arterioles (which shows in being cold more than it's normal). This is probably the reason NBE didn't work for us (for me at least I'm quite sure). You may not have poor blood circulation and so don't need special herbs for it, although I think it never hurts to boost it with excercise and heating or herbs also. Most people are usually tempted to exaggerate with doses of herbs and take more than their blood circulation actually allows to work, but in your case I think it more important to get a decent ammount of herbs into your system. However taking a high dose yields no more and no faster resulty than taking a medium dose.
