There are at least 40 girls in this forum who have succeeded with Wonderup. I can only remember 2 who said that they succeeded with Breast Gain Plus, although quite a number have said they didn't succeed with it. |

If you read through this forum a bit more you would soon find the answer. Information is the most important thing to NBE so if you plan on doing it, keep reading. |

I thought WU was more popular, but I have seen a few good reports with BGP
Thanks

If you seach this forum for Breast Gain Plus, you'll find that most reports on it are dismal.

I am currently using BGP (almost two months now) and have already seen fullness, roundness and a heaviness in my breasts. I believe that BGP does work but you must be commited to cutting back ALL caffeine, carbonated bevs, chocolate, and smoking in order to get any results.
Good luck with your choosing! |

I think that having to cut back all caffeine is a bunch of jojo, as it only prevents absorption 20 minutes to 1 hour after you have coffee, so you just have to watch when you have it and when you take pills, and as many girls had sucess with NBE while drinking coffee. Besides that, the only action of caffeine on NBE I know of is that it increases insuline levels, which increse the activity of the enzyme aromatase, which is actually good for NBE, as this enzyme converts testosteron to estrogen. But of course as anything, caffeine in exorbitant ammounts would be good for NBE. |
