Jelly, I recently ordered some nettle root capsules (still haven't arrived yet). I'm going to use them to replace saw palmetto. From reading the forum, I've gathered that it is used for the same thing as saw palmetto without the possible weight-gaining side effect that some may experience.
Hi Surf, I'm new and really spent some time reading here, but I must have missed that about saw palmetto. I just started taking 360 mg 3x day last week and am a few pounds heavier now, so that could be it huh? Do you know if it is typically like a temporary bloat while getting used to it, or are some gaining real pounds on the stuff? Thanks -- Sissy
