girls this is really worth a try its called mega oil and you can buy it easly in australia and on line i think its got flaxseed, soy bean, EPO, borage, safflower, sunflower, sesame, and pumkin seed oilalso omega 3,6,9. I find when i take it i get tingles quite soon, in conjunction with my program. it costs about $33.00 aus but lasts a long time. Borage oil is really expensive in australia like $77.00 for a big bottle so thats out for me love jellyDeee..

as i was reading in the posts i have read a lot of good things about this oil...it is taken orally right???i am considering starting on wu and adding this oil to my program...should i start it at the same time or should i wait to get used to the wu first???i have read about ur progress and would like to congratulate u!!ur success really inspires and motivates me...where can i find ur program...where were u at when u started..??thx so much...
yes you take it internally. took some searching but i found the site www.epismooth.com/p-mega-oil.php its 15.95 usd for 200ml and 25.95 usd for 500ml. good luck. i already take a softgel that contains fish oil, gelatin,safflower oil, flaxseed oil, borage seed oil and soy. called super omega complex. i got it at walmart, 60 softgels for 6.48 usd. says to take 1 up to 3 times a day. i take 2. good luck girls. jelly, i do think the omega 369's do make a difference, i feel more sore and tender during massage.
