Okay lol, I know it sounds gross but my boobs are getting really mushy. I noticed today that they were really really mushy and I thought to myself ewww. My boobs used to be A LOT firmer than this, so I am wondering why this is happening?? Any one else experiencing the same thing?? What can we do to firm them up again?? Thanks!!
My boobs get like that when I massage too much. I just slow down on the massages, and increase my lotions...it seems to help. Also, drink more liquids, I find that they deflate and get soft when I am dehydrated.
I had the same concern, with my right breast becoming too soft. I was reassured by another NBE member that it meant an increase in prolactin, and that it was good.
so is it because I massage too much?? I haven't massaged in the past 2 days and today was when I really noticed them mushy. Weird. It's actually kinda scary, I don't like them feeling this way!
When you say stop for a few days, do you mean not massage at all for a few day? I've noticed that my breasts have gotten softer too recently because I've been massaging them a lot more. So just put on some lotion and not massage for a few days then?
Aloha & happy boobie growing everyone :)

especially when i lie straight, alrite so they were like two fried eggs when lying down but now.......completely flat! i was thinking maybe i am using cocoa butter and vit e..noticed they get extra mushy with them. yesterday didnt use that to massage. actually i massaged without any lotion. at night they didnt seem as mushy. im ditching the cocoa butter and vit e. hate mushiness!!!!
Hi cutevelvet, i'm afarid coco butter does not agree with everyone .I had the same thing happen to me when i was using it. TRy Aloe gel or olive oil instead. I'm not on any routine at the moment. I'm no expert, just a thought.
try doing some push ups. you can do them on your knees or against a wall if you arent used to them, but you are going to want to do SOMETHING about the muscles underneath. plus, helps bring circulation to the area.
