Hello! New Here

Hello all! I've been lurking for a few and decided it was time to make an account and ask some questions. I hope no one minds. :)

For starters, I'm 24, 114lbs. and 5'6" and have a 34B cup size (barely, there's a good amount of space unfortunately) I just started my second bottle of BGP and have noticed a slight change, but nothing to write home about. I'm going to give it until this bottle is over and maybe try Wonderup, which I have heard some good things about from perusing your forums. I've heard so many bad reviews on forums about BGP and they are pretty expensive. I've noticed some of you take Saw Palmetto as well. Has this been very effective in combination with your NBE pills? What other herbs would you suggest as well? At the moment I am taking calcium (600mg twice a day), glucosamine chondroiton (I have arthritis) (500mg twice a day), vitamin C (500mg), the BGP and am on birth control (Ortho. Try.)..so I'm always concerned with having any complications when taking a lot. I'm also going to add a women's multivitamin to the list.

I am hoping those with similar body types to mine can let me know what has been working for them. :) And I wanted to say this forum seems very supportive, which is awesome when dealing with a subject like this.

Best luck to everyone!

I'm sorry you have arthritis when you're only 24. Anyway you should not be concerned with complications when taking NBE supplements with vitamins and minerals. There is nothing that you could take for NBE that will make any difference to any vitamins or minerals you're taking or any other nutritional supplements. In fact if you take vitamins and minerals you could say so much the better, because good nutrition in general will increase your chances of NBE success.

Thank You

Thank you, Molly. I appreciate the reply and concern over my arthritis. I'm pretty used to it by now (it's in my knees and left ankle from a car accident).

Thank you for letting me know that the suppliments won't be a problem when taken with the NBE. I was a little concerned. Thanks also for the welcome, I was surprised to get no responses from a forum I had thought to seem very very friendly.

If you're going to try Wonderup, maybe you should see whether that works for you first before you think about adding other things.

you might want to check with a doc...

December 12 2006, 5:35 PM

some drugs have strange interactions... your arthritis meds SHOULDNT interact with anything, but you might want to take some of the culprits on a list to your doc, like saw palmetto which is rumored to interact with certain things. also, there might be an absorption issue if you are taking meds... i have to take meds as well and so i have been doing a gentle liver cleanse while doing everything else (i can explain that more if you need) to try and keep everything running smooth (so to speak).

welcome to the forum!!

big hugs and best of boobie luck...

Thanks so much!

Thank you for the advice and warm welcome. ^^

Well, I am not taking any meds for my arthritis, just trying glucosamine chondroiton. I am trying to stay away from any medications if I don't have to take them. The only official thing I am on is the birth control.

I would like to know more about the liver cleanse, I do worry about taking so many vitamins/suppliments/minerals and how filtering it all will affect my body. There's so much information and products out there it is hard to decide what to do. That is why I am so glad I've stumbled upon this forum!

I think I might stick with the BGP for another month or so and see if I notice anything. I added Vitex just today to see if that cna help. I'll have to go make a program page.

Thanks again ladies for the warm welcome.

Best of boob luck to everyone!

expensive but worth it...

December 13 2006, 5:49 PM

i have been on colonix for about a month and a half or so... its pretty expensive as far as cleanses go but its really gentle which i need cause im contstantly on the go (so to speak) in the military... www.drnatura.com is the website for it, and it is really helping out... and you can do it while you are on your program, you just have to space out the fiber from when you take your pills so you dont end up "flushing" your pills away... they say an hour or two on either side of the fiber, which you take in the morning. its a pretty easy program... but again, the price is less than desireable...

but since i started i have gotten a lot more reaction to the program i am on, probably because i am able to absorb a lot more in the colon and small intestine... im happy with the money well spent, as i see it, because it has trimmed stubborn love handles, i feel better, have more energy, and im actually growing some boobies!

i didnt have luck with bgp... i have to send my bottles for the refund at the end of this month...

best of luck to you! if you need more info, just ask!!

Emmie,

Thanks so much for the information! it is expensive, but for how it's helping your body I'd say it's more than worth it. I think I'll give it a try once i get some extra money (Holiday shopping has really wiped me out!) Oh, adn with BGP, at least you can send the bottles back for a refund. Which I'll do as well if it doesn't work.

Again, I appreciate the help.
