i've been taking wonderup for 4 months and want to add something to it now. I just bought red clover and nettle root, how much of each is a good amount to take daily without over doing things? also, should i add extra fungreek too?

over an inch and 3/4 in growth so far, but i started taking the contraceptive pill too, so some growth could be from this

I have never taken WU,, but if you have seen that much growth,, my thinking would be,,, leave well enough alone and don't add anything until you see growth stopping. Sounds like the WU is perfect for you,, so don't fix what isn't broken yet,,, just enjoy your your progress while its happening and worry about adding other herbs when your growing days are slowing down.
