Ok, so I've been on my herb program for a week now but I haven't felt ANY pains or tingles whatsoever! I'm not sure if perhaps I'm not taking enough herbs or if it's because I'm not doing any massages... or both. LOL
Here's my program:
I was thinking of perhaps increasing my dosages to 4 Fenugreek, 4 Goat's Rue, & 2 Saw Palmetto (so 2440mg of Fen, 1332mg of GR, & 320mg of SP) and forcing myself to massage at least once a day for 10 minutes or so.
What do you guys think? Think that's too much, too little, or just right?
I've also noticed a lot of girls have added EPO to their routine... do you think that would help me out?
Thanks girls!!
I think you should wait at least one more week before you judge the results of your current program. It took me about 3 weeks to feel anything.
As for increasing fenugreek, I think your dose is probably high enough for starting - you can always increase it later.
However, I would probably increase your Saw Palmetto...the sp you are taking is a low dose pill to start with (mine are 585 mg), and it seems that sp does make a real difference in NBE...so I'd probably take at least 3 of those low dose pills each day.
Also, I'd drink tons of water and at least one protein shake each day.
I'm no expert, I'm fairly new to this too, so it will be interesting to see what other ladies have to say.
A week really is nothing.
Try not to obsess over this, you will only make yourself miserable. Just sit back and be calm and massage massage massage! Well, and do other things too, hahah. It's good to think of them but remember everything in moderation.
Your program seems fine to start out with. A week is no time at all. It takes some girls months before feeling/seeing any changes! And not everyone will experience pains or tingles. Just be patient.
hey, did u ramp up to these dosages? Could have been wiser cos u would have known where u get the sensations.
BUT
i think it's ok and u just have to wait a bit more. i got first sensations on day 11 when i had just ramped up to 3 fenugreeks and 3 sawpalmetto.
happy growing

You really should wait for at least 1 month to judge if your routine is working, better two. The dosages seem fine to me, and I would leave both fenugreek and SP as it is for now. as you sp is extract it really should be the right dosage unless you are androgen dominant.
You really have to be patient, you just dont grow that fast, as lovely as it would be.
I noticed a very similar message today in the Wonderup forum. I just wonder if people are expecting results too soon. As we are talking about hormonal changes, should we not accept that these have inevitably to be regarded as long term changes, not something that should be expected in a week or two.
Oh, and what you are taking is enough, ramping up herbs doesn't do a thing in most cases, improving your blood circulation in case you have a poor one however does (a sign is being cold more than normal). That can be achieved with herbs like ginko biloba and cayenne and doing ten high jumps repeatedly throughout the day helps too.
Also, remember that upping the doses of herbs too soon can cause you to stall later on. Take it slow in the beginning, and start increasing only if you don't see any change after 1 or 2 (or 3) months!
Aw, thanks girls for all the responses! :) I'll take all of your guys' advice and stick with my current dosages (and be more patient LOL).
Just curious, though... I've noticed a lot of girls add Evening Primrose (EPO) to their routine. Do you think I should add it to mine or do you think it'd be too many herbs? (Although, is there such thing as taking too many herbs? Hmmm...)
if your not already taking an oil it wouldnt hurt to take epo but Ive stopped mine because I think Im doing much better with mega oil which has epo, borage any other nbe goodies in it so its worth a try too love jellyDeee... best of luck......
some people say it is good, but some say it can hinder progress if you start taking it too early. you might have better luck with something like jelly said, a mix oil or just borage or flaxseed oil...
Alright, it's been 2 WEEKS since I started my program and I *still* haven't felt any pains/tingles! Should I be worried or should I be patient? When I was on Breast Gain Plus I had tingles/pains at least every other day... but with my program, NOTHING! :(
I have been pretty stressed out lately (boys, school, LIFE... lol) and my eating/sleeping habits aren't the best (1-2 meals per day and going to bed around 2:00-3:00 AM), so perhaps it's due to my "poor health" and not so much my program?
I really want my program to work... No one has tried the herb Goat's Rue on here (at least from what I've seen) and so I'd like to be the first to test it out and see if it works! (It's supposed to be "the new Fenugreek")
I'm almost out of Goat's Rue though... have about 5 days worth left... I was thinking of replacing it with Hops or Fennel or both until I can order some more. What do you ladies think?
I really don't know anything about Goat's Rue, so I can't comment on that.
I just added Fennel to my program last week, and feel that its helping. It seems to be a good compliment to the fenugreek. So you might try that. Also, you can ramp your fg up slowly...but I'd probably try adding 1 fennel 3 X a day first, and try that for about 2 more weeks.
The problem could just be your cycle too, some months I have only grown at the end of my menstrual cycle.
Don't forget lots of water, and protein shakes if you can manage them!
Be patient and give your program a chance! You could try to change your eating habbits... I guess if you don't give your body the nutrition it needs you can't grow, even with the best program
you cant fix your boobs with all that going on upsetting your balance in your life!! boys and school nonwithstanding, you need to eat and sleep, girl! youre in a horrible cycle that you need to break so you can get some rest, your body has time to rebuild, and it has something to rebuild with!
boob growing is about balance! not just hormones, but mental and physical!
about the goats rue, i would say if it is supposed to be a substitute for fenugreek then substitute it with fennel until you can get more, though as most of us know i am no herbal expert...
also with the tingles... its a little early still to tell, but heres the thing: if you were getting them on bgp, maybe your doses are too high? bgp is low dose... maybe your single herb doses are too high? just a thought...
