Im planning on taking these chinese pills(for growth, i know impossible but no harm in tryin right?) this december til end of january. How long should i wait til start taking WU? I mean how long does it take the body to flush out these herbs coz i dont want the herbs to counteract each other. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!

What chinese pills? I didn't understand... You can do a cleanse for a week before starting WU just to be sure. WU did work for a lot of girls on this forum.

Yeah I forgot to write what the cleanse is - milk thistle in pills as instructed or teas one or two times a day. Milk thistle isn't good to be taken for prolonged periods of time, a weak should be enough. Some herbs used for NBE have cleansing properties themselves, like red clover.

oh sorry those chinese pills are supposed to make u grow taller. silly i know but i wanna try it :)

anyway, so if i take WU a month after I took those chinese pills, would the herbs from those pills be gone from my body by then?

Hmm, well if there's sth I'm sceptical about it's growing taller. How is it supposed to happen? Once the growing cartilage in the bones turns to bone as well, it can't grow anymore. Not tat I want to be taller, I'd like to be much shorter, but I know I can't. lol.

i dont know the science of it either but it did give me like half an inch when i took it a while ago..or dont know maybe it was just my imagination???LOL.. okay thanks for the info. I guess i'll give it a month interval. although i might take that milk thistle too probably just a few times to make sure. where can u get milk thistle tea?

oh and to the person who asked bout ingredients, I dont know coz they're in chinese. And my aunt gave them to me so I dont know where she bought it but im assuming its from china? sorry couldnt give u more info bout it
