There are Fenugreek 610 mg--100 caps, Fennel 500 mg--100 caps, Mexican Wildyam 500 mg--100 caps, and flaxseed oil 1000 mg--300 caps (probably you guys forget, i quit because i have terrible acne). There're all new and sealed except the flaxseed because one bottle has 300 capsules, and i only took half of those. Just give me your email, i will send email to you. Btw, im at california.
Hi Lemon, so sad to hear of your dilemma. I too had lots of problems with herbs, not so much with acne but other nasty side effects I couldn't tolerate. I've been on the food and massage routine like fengshui and tigerlily and am happy to report finally a 1" growth. I feel really good and my skin is so much clearer. I am taking a hair,skin and nails supplement, cod liver oil and zinc which I'm sure are the main contributors to my better skin. I used to break out badly on my neck just before a period but that has eased significantly. It did take a couple of months to see these results but it has been so worth it. Maybe you could consider the same type of routine. You have probably also read about vitex helping with acne. Have you tried that? It's just such a shame this hasn't worked out for you and if we can help in any way please let us know.

Awwh that's so sad! Are you sure you really want to give up ? Are you positive that the herbs caused your acne ? I somewhat know how you feel about the acne .. I'm a teenager and I went through that stage and I felt so self concious . I hope it clears up for you if it hasn't already. I really hope you decide to change your mind and try NBE again but if you really don't I wouldn't mind taking your herbs but I live all the way in Canada so I don't think that would work out? You're so kind to think about giving your herbs away. Good luck with everything hun :)
