Yes girls, each pill have 75 mg of fenugreek so 125 mg per take. Is this enought? I dont think so, maybe thats why it does not work for me

Liz, WU uses herb extracts, which I think are 4 times more potent than normal herbs.

So if one tablet contains 75mg of fenugreek extract, and you are taking 2 tabs per take, making 150mg of fenugreek, that is like the equivalent of taking 600mg of normal fenugreek herbs in one sitting. 3 times a day and you have consumed the equivalent of 1800mg. That is plenty much for anyone.

Feel free anyone, to correct me if I got the extract data wrong.

That equals 1200 mg of whole herb. I think that's a bit low, however you must take into consideration that WU contains many other estrogenic herbs like fennel and red clover. All estrogenic herbs together should make up for arround 1800 mg herb. It can be more of cousrse, but this is the low/medium dose which is most recomendable, cause taking more often doesn't really make any difference.

I believe that Faerycat's arithmetic is correct and Wonderup provides the equivalent of 1800 mg of Fenugreek a day.
When someone says they are taking 600mg capsules, they are talking about whole herb, not Fenugreek extract.
