hya i was just wondering,for those who have been doing NBE over a year how did xmas affect you and NBE last yr,
did many report shrinkage after/results same/did you manage to keep your routine?
Those on "boobie foods" did you/will you keep it up?

Im going away and i wont be able to take opened pill bottles away with me, so im afraid i will have to break for a week.-will results stay?
Its a particularly bizi time, and i wont beable to find time to massage much-and i havent got kids to run around after,how r others managing this time round esspecially those with extra bizi lives?
anyone already lapsing in any areas?

my husband and i are stationed an ocean apart, so i wont be seeing him for the holidays... i shouldnt have any problems staying on my program as i wont have much else to do! no one feel bad... im used to it by now.
i think ginger is right, though, a lot of people might be affected. ginger i guess it will be a good test for you to see if your results will stay!
why can you not take opened bottles, though? if you are flying, you can put them in your checked luggage... i even had them in carry on luggage last time i flew...
I have to say that the holiday season is the WORST. I have been on NBE on and off for a few years and its been extremley difficult for me to keep up. I think its what I eat, if only I could stop stuffing my face with stupid christmas cookies and drinking egg nog! LOL.
well Ginger take it as a break for your system then and let those herbs kick in big time when you get back girl !!!! the biggest challange for me is not stacking on the weight !!! Im going to have lipodissolve on my tummy next tuesday and that will keep me careful for a few days its a present im giving myself and will help the bigger picture of enhancing my overall look love jellyDeee..
Just a suggestion if you don't want to stop over the holidays because of baggage check... I have to travel for business in January, and I am sending my pills ahead to the hotel I am staying at. They don't need to know what's in the package, and they will hold for guest who are scheduled to arrive. -- Sissy
