i broke the capsule and massaged my breasts with borage oil, my breasts feel so warmwith hte oil. i think this is a definately better option than cocoa butter and vit e......the borage oil contains vit e so thats good too. dont know if its gona do wonders for my breast but things are certainly warming up! :)
