usually you don't put progesterone cream on your boobs, it's recommended to put it in places with high absorption like the back of your neck, your wrists and the back of your arms. I got mine online, just put progesterone cream in your search engine and it will come up with links where you can buy it, but i guess that depends on where you live. I only used mine during one month, I keep forgeting to count the days to remember when to take it.

40mg is the total amount I apply. I place the cream on areas that have good circulation but little fat, such as the insides of my arms, the tops of my feet, the front of my thighs and back of my neck. I change where I place it each day. This increases absorption and prevents the body storing the progesterone in body fat. It seems to be working well for me.
