I am on WU and also adding 540mg of SP do you think I could double the SP dose? I'm not sure how much SP one should take.

Don't overdo SP, unless you have really significant excess androgen. I have a bit of it and I take 540 my, which I think is quite enough.
SP gets rid of excess androgens, but you need androgens if you want estrogens, cause estrogens are formed from androgens with an enzyme called aromatase. Aromatase needs essential fatty acids for its function, so you should rather have a good source of EFA in your routine, like borage oil or EPO.

sorry I took so long to get back to you !!!!! well I think Im the oldest on here and the menopause thing oh boy it can be a strange journey !!!! im on the other end of it now !!! if youd like any advice on that Ill gladly share my experience with you !!!!re saw palmetto Id just take it really slow like 2 weeks inbetween and see if you notice any difference !!! especially if your on wonderup cause theres a lot of herbs in there!!! Im doing single herbs and saw palmetto is crucialto my program !!! if I run out my tingles dissapear love jellyDeee..

Thank you for your reply, I maybe the second eldest on this forum, I'm 46 my periods are every three or four months.
Do you think one can get booby growth if periods stop?
I'm sorry I'm only learning about the mennopause, had the hot flushes about four months ago and now I don't have them, but periods are finishing I think.
I thought SP may help my growth and started about three weeks ago.
I have uneven boobs, a health looking full C and a tiny undeveloped B I so wish they were even and thought the SP may help the tiny one grow.
how long did your menopause last? I hope you don't mind me asking you.
As for weight gain around my tummy, you would not believe how big my tummy is and the rest of my body is slim.
Is this due to the menopause, Looks like I'm going to have fun for the next few years as an added problem to my uneven boobs.
however life is important to us and at the end of the day, I shall keep smiling.
