That the question I am asking my self. I am in my luteral phase and am measuring just over 35" an all time high for me. After reading the vitex thread, I decided to try it. I started on ovulation day and have been on it for 8 days. I am only taking 1 400mg in the a.m. and doing massage. I dropped my photoestrogens. With other herbs, when I swelled during my luteral phase they felt like they were going to explode. Almost like I needed to nurse (haven't BF in 4 years) and sometimes some clear fluid would come out. This month I have all the growth and no pain. Hopefully AF does not take these away from me. I will keep everyone updated. For now I am happy.

what were you before a 35" ? if you don't mind me asking. What herbs were you taking before vitex that made it increase like this? it doesnt sound bad.":) congrats. so why change?

Did you drop your photoestrogens because they were the ones causing the swelling and liquid secretion? I'm going to go on PM this month as soon as I start my period, so I'm curious.
