So what I'm wondering is, do you think it's ok to add Barley and/or Hops to this? And is Wild Yam totally pointless with the Vitex? I don't want to overload my system with too much but I'm not sure what IS too much. :-)
Also, I'm taking a daily fish oil supplement, as well as a leftover prenatal multivitamin and calcium. Don't know if that matters but there it is.
Please advise! :-) Been doing massage and am about to start poppin' pills. If nothing else the Palmer's oil makes my boobs smell like chocolate, lol.
hi Jess, why dont you just start with that and tell us how your going in 2 or three weeks !!! IM taking barley and hops and from my experience , the barley feels like an extra goody with allt he anti oxidents etc..... but the hops kicks in as a definate phyto estrogen ! thats how it feels in my body !!! so start simple and explain your progress, thats what I would suggest ! gee I hope you have wonderful success love jellyDeeee...
Ok, if that sounds reasonably groovy to you I'll go ahead. Everything is here except for the Vitex, Barley and Hops. Guess I'll throw in the Wild Yam and see what happens.
