thanks for your pacience Laura , ok first of all its great to have someone whos kind of going through the same as me !! this menopause thing is a journey of its own belive me !!!! the only thing that would help me beat it is those pills remifemmin which are largely black cohosh ( Ill look at the box and tell you whats on it later ) these wonderful pills stopped my hot flushes and made me become a calm person again !!! so much so that my husband would realize when I hadnt taken them and encourage me to buy them again ! I think all the herbs we are taking help menopause in some way and I have grown since beginning menopause so yes its definately possible so good luck Laura !! please ask what ever youd like love jellyDee...

You sound such a kind and considerate person, with many admirable qualities.
Menopause is a journey and I am dreading it, they say your menopause should be like your mother's is that true? she had a smooth one, she died a few years ago, I so wish she was around for me to ask her so many things about it.
I think you are right about the herbs we are taking.
I have periods every three or four months, hoping the end of that will have an easy journey
Any ideas for the tummy bulge? I'm rather slim with a huge tum tum.
Its great that we can grow boobies at this age, is it true that boobs shring with the menopause?
This is the first time I have had proper boobs with these herbs, I'm so happy, just need them to even out now.
Have you finished your menopause?
