i have known forum members taking borage oil orally with success but can the same affect be achieved by massaging with it? i have been massaging for a week now and have notices the warmth it produces in the breasts and how easily it is absorbed what are the benefits? does anyone know? is it beneficial to the breasts if massaged with borage oil or can sucess only be attained by orally taking them?

im almost positive borage oil is in some womens boobie batters, and some use it alone...

there is nothing saying you cant use it externally... go for it! i use epo externally because i have a ton of capsules and my tingles stopped when i took it internally...

i would answer but i am new. and i dont know much about borage oil.i do take it internally as an omega 369 supplement but it has fish oil. i tried to open one to massage, i about threw up from the smell. it was horrid. yuck. i think borage oil and the other omegas work by depositing fatty acids directly on the breast when u use it in massage. good luck!

you really find it easy to absorb? i just started massaging with it, and i thought it would never end. it wouldn't absorb quickly at all!

i did find it easy to absorb!! i use one capsule for one breast...in fact it absorbed so well that im considering two capsules per breast..could absorption differ from person to person also? gosh one learns so much in this forum.. all the best u guys/girls

i did the same with the epo... i started with one cap and then moved to two... and that was so much it was getting all over the place! not only did my boobs smell like epo, but so did my pants, the chair, the floor... and sooner or later i figured my computer would pick up on it too! i went back to one cap... my cat was eating what i spilled and i didnt want her boobs bigger than mine!

Borage (or any other) oil is a source of essential fatty acids, which are necessary for the action of the enzyme aromatase, which converts testosterone to estrogene.

I am now massaging with mega oil which has borage,epo and other oils in it !!!! I add fenugreek extract and ylang ylang essential oil as well jellyDeee..

I think Eve was the first one to say that she used borage for massage.
