Wow! Thank you Erica ever since I read your post I started doing push ups-well not on the floor Afraid I might get up-But I have higher than normal counter tops thurout my house so I been doing them that way-And today I feel like i am getting rounder and fuller on the top I hope thats what helping I do try to use more of my upper body than my arms So again THANKS!!
Just read your message, I havne't been on here a lot since school has started...congrats on the lift! I unfortunatley have not been keeping up with mine, I'm getting lazy and I have tons of homework, but I hope it keeps working for you! :)
