Hello breast enhancement forum members!! I would like to introduce myself because I am a new member here and I will be visiting quite a bit to get help with breast enhancement. I learned about this forum through Michelle who also posts messages on this board through her website, www.breastnbeautyguide.com . You all should check it out because she has a lot of helpful information about breast enhancement such as free breast hypnosis downloads and other information you might now find anywhere else.

Here's my story about breast enhancement. I tried bountiful breast about 8 months ago for a total of 6 months, doing everything they recommended, including protein shakes, l-tyrosine, and kelp for my temperature, and getting plenty of fats in my diet. But after doing all of this I did not get any results, no even a TINGLE of growth... :(. My temperature always stayed low, around 97.0 to 97.9 at the most, despite the fact that I am a very slim person and I work out regularly.

STATS: I am female, of course, 5'4" and at 120 lbs (some muscle since I do light weights), with a bra size of 32 A.

Now, the people at BB told me that I must have thyroid issues since my temp is so low, but I didn't understand how that was possible since I am slender and you tend to gain weight with thyroid issues! So I have been doing a lot of research and I found out that you can also have a low temperature with adrenal insufficiency! Now, your adrenal glands are what fights off stress and they product hormones that have an effect on every gland in your body! If your adrenals are worn out from alot of stress, your hormone levels will not be stable and everything in your body will not function properyly, AND it also causes a low body temperature.

Sooo... I am trying some things (natural products) out to try and get my adrenals fixed and also my thyroid and I will let you all know how it works out.

But, if Anyone knows something that I have not mentioned that they think would help me start developing PLEASE let me know. I will also be trying to help you all out as well.

Sorry it was so long but I needed to get that out.
Hope to hear from you all soon!

~Katrina~

Oops, I have some mis-spelling because I was in a hurry! ;) But I also did not mention that I tried herbs too, for two months and got no result.

Saw Palmetto, Red Clover, and Fenugreek in large dosages.

I guess I am going to be one of the STUBBORN ones!...

You know, for people who do not respond to phytoestrogens, it might be that they actually need progesterone more. I am not an expert on this, but there has been some discussion on this board about it lately. Look at the thread titled "To Waxingmoon." I belive the ladies there are discussing this very topic.

on the glandular section, i guess i misread that you were saying you couldnt get your temp above 98.6... i guess it was 97.6!

regardless, i would still say try things for circulation. that can help out a lot... and stay up with your doctor about the other issues such as thyroid or adrenals... they can do tests to see if you have a deficiency or whatever.

just another reason to not get stressed, ladies! take a breather!!

and welcome to the board (again)!

It's not enough to just try at blind guess, you have to figure out at least remotely what your body needs. Your routine is designed for someone with excess progesterone and defficient estrogen and if you are not that, no wonder it didn't work. And large doses do nothing more or better or faster than average doses would, actually they can even compleately stop growth. Other possible reasons for NBE not working are too low body temperature and poor blood circulation.

Hey Katrina!

Glad you made it over here...Welcome aboard! :) I didn't know you had tried herbs also along with trying bb. You mentioned you had the flat2fab book, but didn't know you had already tried that method. Also, you said you were on high dosages, did you start out high from the get-go or did you ramp up slowly? If you started on high dosages, then you could have very well stalled out. Also, 2 months is really not a long time to see growth, but should be enough time to feel something happening...i.e. tingles/pains/soreness, etc. I agree with everyone else also about your temp staying low, even on the l-tyrosine/kelp...could be a circulation prob, do your extremities fall asleep easily? Do you get cold easily or do your hands/feet stay cold? Like my right leg falls asleep easily from just sitting with my legs crossed after about 10 minutes...I'm taking Ginkgo Biloba and it seems to helping a little now, cause my leg doesn't fall asleep so easily now. I always stay cold also.

Don't know if you've found it yet or not..but if you go to the main menu and scroll down to the newcomer's page, there is a lot of great info there.

Also, before starting the herbs, did you do a cleanse beforehand or did you start right away on herbs after taking the bb pills? could be that the bovine ovary still left in your system interfered with results of the herbs also.

Welcome again...and hope you find something that works for you this time!! :)Good luck to you and everyone!

Hey Michelle! Actually, I did ramp up my herbs slowly just like the book said and I did use progesterone cream before and milk thistle for my liver. But still no results....yeah my hands and feet stay cold and my legs fall asleep fast after crossing my legs also! Maybe that is my main problem is my circulation. I will try the herb you have mentioned and maybe some vitamin E and see if that helps. Also, I did take a 1 month breask from BB before starting the herbs. Thanks for the help!

Well, it sounds like you did everything like you were supposed to. :) So yeah maybe circulation was a factor. Another thing good for circulation besides the Ginkgo biloba is Cayenne. I just ordered some of that from iherb yesterday to take along with the Ginkgo. Cayenne is also good for other things also like it's been shown to stop heart attacks. But, it was also mentioned on here it's best to take it with food, since it could upset the stomach.

Good luck to you!!
