Nothing spectacular, i can now fit into a 34A (up from a 32A). i was uncomfortably tight in a 32A but the 34A is way more comfy. But I don't have much room for growth! i didnt realize 1 1/4 inches of growth made that much of a difference! B cup here i come (soon) ! Good luck to all.
Instead of going from a 32A to a 34A, try going to a 32B because the band size is only a measurement of how wide you are around your ribcage right under your breasts. Then you add 3 inches to that to get your band size.
If you are 29 inches around, under your breasts, then your band size would be 32 inches around.
No matter how much your breasts grow, it always stays the same and your cup size is all that should go up. Every inch you grow, you should go up a cup size.
So I bet you are a bigger cup size than you thought, huh?!

while my band size didnt increase, i chose a 34 because they seem to be filling out and not going forward as of yet. 34 just fits better. i should have bought a 34b or nearly b, but i couldnt find them. just a bra with no padding what they call a t-shirt bra that wont let your nipples show but has no paddiing that adds size. still had to buy it in the jr's section. i live in michigan, jelly. good luck to all.

OPRAH DID A WHOLE SHOW ON THIS. I HAVE ALWAYS WORN A 34B OR NB BUT I THOUGHT I'D TRY THE 32 SINCE MY UNDERMEASURE WAS ONLY 28 - 29" AND OVER IS 35+". I TRIED ON THE 32C AND DID NOT SEEM TO FIT BETTER BUT FOR KICKS I TRIED ON THE 32D AND IT FELT GREAT. KEEP IN MIND THAT I STILL DO NOT LOOK LIKE A D BUT THE BRA STILL FIT! A BRA BAND SHOULD BE LEVEL AND NOT RIDE UP IN THE BACK AND YOUR "GIRLS" SHOULD NOT EVER SLIP UNDER THE BAND THIS MEANS YOUR BAND SIZE IS TOO BIG. IF YOUR STRAPS LEAVE MARKS OR YOUR CLEAVAGE BULGES OVER (LIKE VICTORIA SECRET ADS) YOUR CUP SIZE IS TOO SMALL. YOU WILL BE AMAZED HOW IT FEELS TO WEAR A BRA THAT DOES NOT SHIFT WHEN YOU MOVE.
CONGRATS ON YOUR GROWTH. I'D GO BACK AND TRY A 32C INSTEAD OF THE B.

i bought my dream sizes so i can monitor my progress... i think i upped a band size as well, actually, because they dont creep under or out the top... just ooze out the sides from time to time...
