I'm new here, any suggestions?

Well first time I attempted this was awhile ago I bought a bottle on ebay but I stopped because it was causing me to be dizzy, stomach felt weird, etc. on the pills and I didn't know if it would be good to push myself so that was that and I thought it was rubbish.

Then without looking somehow I found myself on another forum so looked into it again. So far I have bought:
Saw Palmetto: 450 MG
Wild Yam: 400 MG
Fennel: 450 MG
Borage Oil: 500 mg
EPO: 1000 MG
And also Fenugreek tea, vitamin c as well as a multivitamin and recently protein powder. Does anyone on here have any success without the protein powder? I'm not sure if it's necessary but I don't eat meat daily. I also have on the way Greenbushes 3 months supply pills of fenugreek, wild yam, and SP as well as both the fennel and fenugreek powder and their bustea. I plan to use those probably after I finish ones I have now but bought them early just because of their no shipping promotion.

So I started off one pill at a time and then incorporated other herbs along the way. I did it slow but probably not to the extreme where it takes a week or so all for one herb. I just sorta winged it by starting with SP one time, then next day 2, then 3 then add one or so more new herbs with starting dose of 1 and moving up each day to the max of 3.

Morning, evening and night includes: 1 SP, 1 WY, 1 Fennel, and just tonight I started BO and am taking that one ONLY at night time. I am leaving EPO for later on because I read on some forums it's not good? So plan to hold that one off. Then when I get my order in I plan to switch out fennell with the stronger fenugreek. I am also TRYING to do massages morning and night with Jasons Wild Yam cream, borage oil, and some palmers bust firming cream and some vitamin e oil.

I am really hoping this works. Right now I'm about a 34A but not full you know? At most I'd like to be a 34 C at a 5'5 tall and 120-130 lbs. Does anyone know if ab workouts and cardio is bad for BE? I really want to get rid of my belly flub too. Any suggestions would be welcome :)

Could someone also tell me about Bovine Ovary? I've seen it mentioned and looked at the site which has it but it didn't really explain anything at all to me? Do you think it'd be helpful to add that? Is it like some supplement like everything else?

Bovine ovary has it's own forum here. Go to the main menu and you will find it in the list of forums.

Hey Snowdrops,

Cardio isn't good for NBE, you may try pilates instead, a friend of mine did it and she has a flat belly! I'm definitely going to give it a try.

Good luck!

careful adding bo to that

you could not get good growth combining bo to the herbs... check the forum, but also check out www.botanicalbeautylab.com because they talk about what herbs you can add (like saw palemtto) and what herbs you shouldnt add (like red clover and maybe fenugreek).

also check out my program page, michelle chois program page, wonderbrides program page, and sissys program page. wonderbride and i are both doing regular bo... michelle choi and sissy are doing bountiful breast, which contains bo. there may be info on the bountiful site as well... michelle might know about that better as she has been using that the longest i think...

best of luck to you... if combining with herbs and bo would work, let us know, as that is something we arent that sure about!!

Not to cause an arguement or anything, but moderate cardio shouldn't be a problem for NBE. Maybe a cardio class a week, two or three might be a bit much. I do suggest Pilates in its place too. Pilates targets your core muscles, which are mainly the muscles in your stomach, it will help to trim your waste, but the results won't be achieved quickly, it takes time. It also helps to strengthen other muscles, and helps with your balance and stamina! Oh, and it makes you very very flexable. Whatever you decide to do, make sure you are taking protein, both for NBE and also for excercise, it helps to feed your muscles and can in time prevent extreme muscle fatigue.
