Okay so I have been massaging here and there, I first started doing it hard core maybe thats why i got so mushy lol but I have kind of stopped massaging so much so now its about every other day. Well I noticed right underneath my nipples, well underneath the the boob that it is very very sore. It hurts to touch that area on both sides, it feels like a bruised feeling and its super sensitive. Anyone have this too??? Am I being too rough on myself?? LOL. Seriously though, please help!!

That's were the pressure points are, Tiger Lily always stresses the importance of reaching these and she had great results, with only massaging

Yes Anna is right, pressure point is underneath, directly in line with nipple.
