please, I need well wishers and support. my husband has bought me a Brava. I know all the bad things that accompany this decision. i have grown a lot but all the pills were really hurting my stomache. my husband had heard me mention it before and i expect it to be delivered on Saturday. i dont want to combine herbs and brava so i stopped on monday after i called brava. i will be changing my program to reflect this and i still want to post pics, as it seems no one with brava program has done so.

sorry your stomach was getting upset!! thats never good... and your health is first always!

maybe you could find something that doesnt upset your stomach much to take along with it to help with the brava, with keeping the swelling, you know? maybe even just vitamin e or something taken internally.

i always wondered if brava plus supplements would be a good idea... but make sure your stomach feels better first!

good luck girl, i can understand your decition, so far i have had no luck with the herbs and i had great result with my brava. I grew one cupsize in 20 weeks and i stopped using it in february and they are still lasting. If you have any question dont be afraid to ask me. HUG

I had bad stomach problems because of herbs too, but that can be helped - if the problem is an increased production of gastric acid, as it was in my case. I went to my doctor and she gave me pills which diminish gastric acid production (not the ones that only neutralise it, but ones that actually prevent excess acid from ever forming). I need to take a double dose, but I'm ok now and can go on with my NBE.

i'll update it sunday morning after my 1st brava night and then every saturday i'll post weekly updates. just as i did when i was on herbs. i sent eve a 7 week update pic/ before brava pic, when i notice real growth in the evenings, not just morning swelling, i'll take an update pic. since no one really bothers when they are on brava. good luck to all! my stomache problems were that i was having 'the runs' the last 2 weeks or so. ewwww. not fun!

@Laura - I have no idea which herbs are supposed to cause excess gastric acid, I think that if you are inclines to it, like I am, any herb can. I had gastric acid problems before, also it's in the family, so when I started NBE it got worse, but luckily there are effective medications for that problem. So I think it's moer like genetic. If you are not inclined to it, probably no herb will cause problems.

I have it very badly, I didn't think of the herbs as a possible cause, I am on WU and SP, I belive you said that you were studying medicine. I had Helicobacter pylori some time ago, maybe thats why I have the reflux problem.

I must be really behind with technology because this is the first time I heard of "Brava". I just googled it and it looks like a pretty safe product. Tell me how it feels and if it hurts once you start this new program. It seems like a very interesting method to use... That's good that your husband is there for you too. I almost bought a Brava a couple of months ago, the reason is because it seemed like almost everyone had some success using it. Then I found this forum, and figured I would give this a try.

Have you heard about that protective spray barrier to use on your skin? I think you can get it at a pharmacy. When I was researching, it seemed like those who used it has less skin problems, Brava didn't tell me about that stuff when I called, they just wanted to sell me their stuff.
