i didnt buy the skin stuff. is there a good alternative to before and after wearing the domes? i know they say to wash the domes with baby shampoo and to wash ur breasts with ivory bar soap. any suggestions? thanx!

The skin preb is actually very important so i would order some if i where you. i got problems with my skin if i forgot to use it, but i`ve heard about some cleansing wipes, take a trip to the farmacy and ask. I used Dove to wash my breasts and domes. If you get a rash use some micropore on it and put the domes over it. also when the domes get less sticky scrub them gently with a rough sponge,
