Low Blood Circulation. . .December 21 2006 at 9:49 PM | Boobies06 (Login boobies06) |
| Great. I just read in another thread that low blood circulation is bad for NBE. I guess I should buy some herbs that can help with this. I just have a question about how often I should take them? Should I take them once or twice a day or maybe just a couple of times a week? Or should I just fuse it together with my NBE herbs? |

ginko biloba and cayenne are both good for circulation improvements... moon has been swearing by ginko for a bit now.
also, body brushing is good to improve circulation all over the body... i posted something about that earlier in a thread about a new massage technique i was trying...
stay warm!! |

Hehe, yes I've been going on and on about poor blood circulation becasue it's quite a frequent thing and I believe that many women didn't have sucess with NBE for exactly that reason, but they didn't know what prevented them from growing, I know that has been my case. Ginko biloba or cayenne can be used for this purpose, I think cayenne might even be better, but preferable both. Garlic could also be used in a combination. GB has made a huge difference for me in the beginning, I got growing pains for the first time ever when I added it, but later the effect seemed to be subsiding, although I still have some growing pains, but I think my body got used to GB, that's why I think cayenne might be better. |
